SEND
Support that stays child-centred.
The preschool works with parents, key persons, and outside agencies to support children with special educational needs and disabilities.
Our approach
Here at Richmond we provide an environment in which all children, including those with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) are supported to reach their full potential.
We work closely with outside agencies and in partnership with parents of children with SEND to create and maintain a positive partnership, ensuring that we take a child centred approach.
If you know of any reason that may impact your child’s learning and development then please speak to your child’s key person in the first instance who will inform our SENCo Katie Ramsey of your concerns.
